They've worked on my current home twice, installed a system at my previous home, and even completed an installation at my parents' house. When I need heating or air conditioning work, they're always my first call.
One of the things I appreciate most is the consistency of their team. We've had the same installer (George) on three different occasions, and every experience has been outstanding. He is incredibly professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and takes real pride in his work. This time, he was joined by a newer installer (Lawrence) who was just as friendly, hardworking, and detail-oriented. Together they made a great team, kept everything clean, answered all of our questions, and made sure the job was done right.

I used Cottam for the installation of a heat pump plus two mini-splits as auxiliary HVAC for my home as part of a larger renovation project. My general contractor referred me to Cottam, and I was very pleased with the service. Blake Cottam came to evaluate the house and to discuss the options with me: knowledgeable, personable, and reasonable with my naive questions about the systems we were considering. He and his office team provided prompt and close attention to scheduling. The installation itself was smooth. The technician who came to instruct me on the use of the new system was a bit unpolished and had some difficulties with the computerized apps (and he was much younger than I, certainly a digital native!), but his difficulties were a minor glitch, and were resolved on a follow up visit.
Subsequently, I realized there was a problem with the placement of one of the mini-splits, for which I take responsibility. Blake and his team willingly scheduled the corrective installation (for which I paid additional fees). I had more interaction with this team, the very professional and accommodating George and Tom. They were patient and competent, making sure I understood what they were doing and that I approved.
I definitely recommend Cottam for smooth, professional and attentive service.

I just had a great experience with Cottam Heating & AC installing a new HVAC system.Hector and Anthony worked really hard on a difficult job and had a great attitude the whole time. Blake went above and beyond. I also want to add that Roberr did a fantastic job in fixing an old noisy AC. He took extra effort to make sure that the new unit ran smooth and quiet. This is a very professional company, and I highly recommend them
They were highly professional working on a very old AC unit which required some nuanced skill from older days. Diligently and quickly acquired parts to repair AC quickly in just a day. Very respectful, skilled on specialized challenge, and reasonably priced. High recommend.

We had Cottam install a replacement water heater. Terrance and Isaiah installed the new system exactly as promised. They were neat, clean and kept us informed of what was being done. The job was completed on time and everything worked perfectly!
Umberto Isiah and Rob removed a boiler and hot water heater and put in a newer tankless combination system. They were great knowledgeable and friendly. Austin came prior to find out what system would be best for my house and gave me options to choose from. Set up a yearly maintenance plan with Cottam. Overall great experience.
George and Hector were great technicians that helped install a Mitsubishi hyper heat ductless HVAC system. They took time and addressed any concerns I had and overall I am more than satisfied with the installation.
